Leave a Legacy
Making a planned gift to the National Women’s Law Center provides an opportunity for you to be sure the issues you care about today continue to have a legacy into the future. They support our vital work for justice and equality for future generations of women and their families while accommodating your own personal, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic needs. With smart planning you may realize additional tax savings in estate, capital gain, and gift taxes, and, just as important, you will know that you have made a meaningful contribution to the Law Center.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with various gift options by exploring How to Give and What to Give. Then compare gift options and/or calculate how these gifts could work for you. And of course, please contact us for assistance or to discuss your personal situation and objectives. The Center encourages a variety of ways to make planned gifts, but you should consult your legal advisor to determine the best way to make a planned gift and to assess its tax or other legal consequences.
The discussion herein is general in nature and may not apply to all individuals. Prospective donors are urged to consult their personal tax and financial advisors concerning the specific consequences of making gifts to the Law Center. We would be pleased to discuss, in confidence, ways in which you may support the Law Center. These measures may also have an impact on your estate planning.
