SUGGESTED LANGUAGE FOR BEQUESTS TO THE NATIONAL WOMEN’S LAW CENTER

Help promote fairness and equality for future generations of women and their families. Remember the National Women’s Law Center in your will.

“After fulfilling any other provisions, I give, devise, and bequeath ____% of the residue and remainder of my estate (or $_____ if a specific amount) to the National Women’s Law Center (Tax ID # 52-1213010) located at 1350 I Street, NW Suite 700, Washington, DC 20005.”

A bequest can also be made by naming the Law Center as the beneficiary of your IRA or other retirement account or life insurance policy.

You can also remember the Law Center by a gift of real estate or other assets.
